Text message terms

These terms cover the text messages Aelos Inc. sends about consultation calls booked on aelos.net.

What you'll receive

When you book a free consultation and tick "Text me a booking confirmation and reminders from Aelos before the call.", we text the mobile number you gave: a confirmation of your booking and reminders before the call, each with a link to a page where you can join, reschedule or cancel the call. You'll get up to 3 texts per booking. If you text us, our team may reply about your call.

Your choice

Texts are optional. You don't need to agree to them to book a call or to buy anything from us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to any of our texts at any time. We'll send one message to confirm, and no more after that. To start again, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email contact@aelos.net.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use your number only to send these texts and to reach you about your call. We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio, our texting provider, receives your number only to deliver the texts. See our privacy policy.
